Where each one is stronger

Where lemlist is stronger

  • A large built-in contact database with email and phone finding.
  • Native CRM integrations and a public API.
  • A mature product with a large template and playbook library.

Where Reachbox is stronger

  • You describe your ideal customer in plain words; Reachbox searches for matching people and checks each one for fit.
  • Email warmup is included free on every plan, including the free trial.
  • LinkedIn actions run in your own logged-in browser through the Reachbox Chrome extension; Reachbox never stores your LinkedIn password.
  • Built-in CRM with deals and meetings, so a small team does not need a separate CRM to start.

Which one should you choose?

Choose lemlist if

  • You need SMS, WhatsApp or calling inside your sequences.
  • Your team lives in HubSpot or Salesforce and needs a two-way sync.
  • You want to pull contacts from a large static database by filter.

Choose Reachbox if

  • You are a founder or small team running outbound without a dedicated SDR.
  • You would rather describe your customer than build filter lists and sequences by hand.
  • You want email warmup without paying for it separately.

Questions

  • Is Reachbox a lemlist alternative?

Yes for email and LinkedIn outreach. Reachbox covers finding leads, writing personal messages, warmup and email plus LinkedIn sequences. It does not yet offer SMS, WhatsApp, calling or a HubSpot/Salesforce sync, which lemlist does.

  • Does Reachbox include email warmup like lemwarm?

Yes. Warmup is included on every Reachbox plan at no extra cost. It sends real conversations between mailboxes in a shared pool, moves warmup mail out of spam and shows a health score so you know when a mailbox is ready.

  • Can I move my campaigns from lemlist to Reachbox?

You can import your leads into Reachbox from a CSV export and connect the same mailboxes. Sequences are rebuilt in Reachbox rather than imported.
