Terms of Service
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (or the company you represent) and Reachbox. By creating an account or using Reachbox you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Reachbox helps you find and verify leads that match your ideal customer profile, write outreach, send it across channels such as email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, and follow up. We may change or improve features over time.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- Give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
Outbound messaging is regulated and easy to abuse. You agree that you will:
- Comply with all laws that apply to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and ePrivacy rules, CASL, TCPA and local rules on marketing messages.
- Contact people only for legitimate business purposes that relate to what they do, and identify yourself honestly.
- Include a working way to opt out and honour opt-outs promptly. Reachbox may block sending to people who have opted out or whose addresses bounce.
- Not send spam, phishing, malware, deceptive or unlawful content, or content that is hateful, harassing or sexually explicit.
- Not impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation, or use the service to harvest data for resale.
- Respect the rules of the platforms you connect, such as your email provider, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. You are responsible for how you use those accounts.
We may pause or limit sending, or suspend an account, if we see high bounce or complaint rates, or other signs of abuse, to protect deliverability and other customers.
4. Your content and data
You keep ownership of the content and lead data you put into Reachbox and of the messages sent for you. You give us a licence to process it as needed to run the service. You are responsible for having the right to use that data and to contact the people in it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
5. AI-generated content
Messages are drafted by AI. Output can be wrong or unsuitable, so you are responsible for reviewing your campaign settings and for what is sent under your name. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, unique or free of third-party rights.
6. Plans, credits and payment
Paid plans and credit top-ups are charged in advance through our payment provider. Fees are shown at checkout, exclude taxes unless stated, and are non-refundable except where the law requires or we state otherwise. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Unused credits do not carry a cash value.
7. Our intellectual property
Reachbox, its software, design and branding belong to us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while these terms apply. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product.
8. Third-party services
Reachbox works with third-party services such as email providers, LinkedIn, data sources and AI models. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, changes or policies.
9. Availability and support
We aim to keep Reachbox available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance and will try to give notice of planned downtime.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any number of leads, replies, meetings or revenue, or that messages will reach an inbox. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Reachbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and compensate us against claims and costs arising from your content, your outreach, or your breach of these terms or the law.
13. Termination
You may stop using Reachbox and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or put the service or others at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as ownership, disclaimers, liability and indemnity, will survive.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the product. Continuing to use Reachbox after a change takes effect means you accept it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reachbox is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
