Lead scraping
Lead scraping against your ideal customer profile
Describe your ideal customer once. Reachbox searches the web for the people who match and keeps only the ones that fit.
Start from the customer, not a filter list
Most lead tools make you translate your customer into dropdowns. With Reachbox you describe who you sell to in plain words: the role, the kind of company, the region, and the problem you solve. You can also paste your website and let Reachbox draft that profile for you to edit.
How it works
- You write or confirm your ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Reachbox searches the web for people and companies that match it.
- Each candidate is checked against the profile, and the ones that do not fit are dropped.
- You review the candidates and approve the ones you want to contact.
What you get for each lead
- Name, job title and company.
- A work email address, which is verified before anything is sent.
- Public profile and company details used to write a message that is specific to them.
Why a fit check matters
A long list is easy to get. A list of people who actually have the problem you solve is not. Filtering for fit before sending protects your sender reputation and keeps replies relevant, which is what makes outbound pay for itself.
Reachbox only uses publicly available information and is meant for legitimate business outreach. See our Privacy Policy and Terms for how that data is handled and what you agree to when you contact people.
